Slow-Crafted Coffee Beans from Our Partner Roastery

Perfect coffee enjoyment demands absolute precision in the roasting process. In our Danish partner manufactory, all green coffee batches undergo a gentle slow-crafted process. Through traditional long-term drum roasting, the whole beans develop a harmonious, stomach-friendly profile. Unpleasant bitter substances and aggressive acids are completely broken down, while the fine, country-specific nuances of the coffee beans are preserved.

Our assortment includes over 20 fascinating origins worldwide. Flexibly put together your favorite coffee beans according to your taste. Take advantage of our attractive volume discounts: Achieve higher discount levels and save up to 20% on your coffee bean purchase.

🌍 Sustainability & Transparency

Direct Trade ensures fair wages in the country of origin. Each cooperative benefits from stable trade partnerships, which promotes environmentally friendly coffee cultivation in the long term.

Precisely measure whole beans and coffee beans before grinding

1. Grind Whole Beans Freshly

Grind your coffee beans immediately before brewing. Choose the exact grind size appropriate for your chosen extraction method.

Brew freshly ground coffee beans in a Coffeebrewer

2. Brew & Inhale

Whether traditional hand filter, French press, or our patented Coffeebrewer – enjoy coffee specialties at a true barista level.

The Science of Aroma Preservation in Coffee Specialties

Oxidation is the greatest enemy of roasted coffee beans. As soon as oxygen reaches the bean structure, sensitive lipids and delicate flavor components evaporate. Our compact 333g aroma protection bags effectively prevent this process. Pre-degassed valves allow roasting gases to escape but consistently block out outside air.

Always store your coffee beans in a cool, dry place and in their original packaging. Avoid transferring them to open containers. Grind whole beans only seconds before brewing, as needed: extra fine for espresso machines, medium fine for classic filter coffee systems, and coarse for French press preparations. This approach ensures that the cup quality at home, in the office, or while traveling consistently meets the high SCA standard.
